It gives you a natural glow, and adds that spring/summer feeling everyone wants this time in the year. Before I start, I would like to say that I am in no means a makeup artist, and I don't have imperfection clear skin, but hey ho, this is what I like doing so yeah! Anyway, Into the look..
Firstly, I used moisturizer on my face, to get rid of any dry areas I may have. The moisturizer I used was The Body Shop - Vitamin E Moisture Cream. This also helps add that dewy effect, with doesn't leave you with a shiny face.
After this, I started to apply my foundation. Now, I use a mixture of 2 foundations, just to again add a nice effect, without it looking cakey. I use the Collection - Lasting perfection foundation with SPF20 and the Maybelline satin mousse, which I think is now discontinued? but anyway, This adds more of a satin feel, instead of the really matte touch. Then add concealer where needed!
Now, gather your bronzer and blush. Add this to your cheek bones and put a little in you t-zone, this will give you the glowy effect. I used a product I can't remember the name of, but I think its from avon.
As I wanted this to be an elegant and nautral look, I haven't
added any eyeliner, or dark lips. Just a brown eye pencil can be
applied to the top lash line, and blended throughout.
And for the lips, try a lip gloss, preferably a light pink one, with maybe a little sparkle?
Now, to finish it all off, add some mascara and brush over with pressed powder to set the whole look in
place!
*I did this one different, as I didn't want it to be a tutorial. Hope you all still like it though!*
Thanks for reading, Lots of loves, Hugs and Bows
